LulaKate At Home Try-On Program

At home try-ons are available to select private clients. Dresses will be shipped to 1 address and may be kept for up to 7 days (one week). Sample Dresses will arrive in 1 box and a return ship label will be provided. 

LulaKate will pull a selection of dresses that best suits the vision and size range of the bridal party, taking into account style, size, color, and sample availability. PLEASE NOTE we cannot guarantee an exact style/ color/ size match for at home try-ons but we will do our best to provide a helpful assortment.

At Home Try-Ons are limited to 1 shipment per customer.

Because our dresses are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.

Shipping & Return Information

Swatch orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. Dress orders ship within 12 weeks order placement.We offer rush and ground shipping options which can be selected at checkout. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

Jewelry items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. LulaKate reserves the right to deny the return or exchange if we determine the item has been worn, damaged, or is in otherwise imperfect condition.
