SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Swatch orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.

Lead times vary seasonally and can be up to 12 weeks during our busiest season. Please refer to our Production Timeline for details.

Ready to ship dresses ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.

We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.


RETURNS INFORMATION:
Custom Dresses, Capes, Detachable Bows, Sashes, & Shawls
Because these items are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.

Jewelry
Jewelry items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.*
  • *Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. LulaKate reserves the right to deny the return or exchange if we determine the item has been worn, damaged, or is in otherwise imperfect condition.
