Custom Dresses
Because our dresses are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.
Ready-to-Ship Dresses
Our ready-to-ship collection dresses can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Only unworn merchandise will be accepted. LulaKate reserves the right to deny the return or exchange if we determine the item has been worn, damaged, or is in otherwise imperfect condition.
Shipping Information
Swatch orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.Custom dress orders ship within 13 weeks of order placement.If needed, rush production can be added when you customize your dress to ensure delivery within 10 weeks. Ready-to-Ship dresses ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.We offer rush and ground shipping options which can be selected at checkout. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
