Because our dresses are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.

Swatch orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.Custom dress orders ship within 12 weeks of order placement.If needed, rush production can be added when you customize your dress to ensure delivery within 10 weeks. Ready to ship dresses ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.We offer rush and ground shipping options which can be selected at checkout. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies.
