Because our dresses are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.

Delivery & Shipping Information:

- Swatch orders ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.

- Custom dress orders ship within 12-14 weeks order placement.

- We offer rush and ground shipping options which can be selected at checkout.

- We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. 

- We do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
