How early should I place my order?
All of our dresses are cut to order and will be shipped within 10-12 weeks from the confirmed order date. We recommend having your order finalized no later than 20 weeks (5 months) from the wedding date to ensure smooth delivery with ample time for any necessary alterations.
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
All of our dresses are cut to order and will be shipped approximately 12 weeks from the confirmed order date. We recommend having your order finalized no later than 16 weeks from the wedding date to ensure a timely delivery.
What is the return policy?
Because our dresses are custom made, we do not accept returns or order cancellations. If you have placed an order you need to revise or cancel, please email us immediately for assistance. We will review our production schedule and determine whether we are able to accommodate the request.
