When should I place my order?
We advise ordering your dresses at least 16 weeks before your wedding date. It will take approximately 12-16 weeks (from the time we receive the last order) for you to receive your dresses. Please allow 4 extra weeks to give your bridesmaids time to have any necessary alterations completed. If you have special needs, such as plus sizes or maternity, you must submit orders at least 16 weeks in advance.
Can LulaKate rush orders?
We can accommodate rush (12 weeks or less) orders. In cases of rush order, the following charges apply:
Do I have to order all of the dresses at one time?
Yes. Ordering all dresses at one time ensures that the dress fabric will come from the same dye lot. It is recommended that you set a due date with your bridesmaids at least two weeks before you need to order the dresses with LulaKate to avoid rush fees.
Can my bridesmaids pick different styles and/or colors?
The style choice is completely up to the bride. Brides may choose a color and attendants may select the dress that best reflects their personal style. Brides may also choose a style and let attendants have color or shade choices.
One of my bridesmaids is pregnant, what should I do?
First, tell her congratulations! The expectant bridesmaid should still submit her order with the other attendants. We recommend that she orders up one to two sizes, then let us know 8 weeks before the wedding what size dress she expects to need. We will raise the waistline and adjust the fullness of the skirt as necessary to accommodate her comfortably. If an attendant learns she is expecting after the order is placed, she should contact us immediately.
Can LulaKate send me fabric swatches, samples or photos of the bridesmaid dresses?
We are happy to email you photos and mail fabric swatches (when available). Please select up to five colors & allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Request fabric swatches here.
Does LulaKate offer any type of discounts for multiple bridesmaids?
How can I place an order?
Each bride or maid/matron of honor should place the dress order for the entire wedding party at one time. Please use one of the following methods to contact us:

How do I order if there is not a location that sells LulaKate Bridal in my state?
Contact the LulaKate Bridal Boutique (843.805.7193) or any Bella Bridesmaid store and they will be able to help you with your order.

What are the payment methods?
Full payment is required upon order submission. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Check. If writing a check, please contact us for the total amount of your order.
What if I want to pay for a portion of the dresses for my bridesmaids?
We are glad to accommodate your lovely gesture by adjusting payment for your attendants.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is only charged if the bridesmaid resides in South Carolina or your order is picked up at our boutique. The sales tax for SC residents is 7.5%.
How can I check the status of my order?

How do I determine which size should be ordered?
It is recommended that you have your measurements professionally taken by a skilled seamstress or tailor. Once you have your measurements, please refer to our size chart. Take your largest measurement and match it the corresponding dress size. Always select the largest size that your measurements demand. It is simple to tailor these dresses down to fit your smaller measurements (and you never want to look squeezed into your gown!).
Does LulaKate sell fabric?
We offer fabric to our clients that are ordering dresses from LulaKate. Silk dupioni and silk shantung are $18 per yard. Fabric should be ordered at the same time you order your dresses to ensure dye lot compatibility.
Does LulaKate offer alterations?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer alterations. All of the dresses are designed for ease of tailoring and alterations to assure the prefect fit for your bridesmaids.
What are the shipping charges for the dresses?
If all dresses are going to one address, there is a flat shipping and handling fee of $40. If the dresses are going to each bridesmaid there is a shipping and handling charge of $25 per address. We ship UPS 2-day Air with signature required. If you are not home during the day, please ship your dress to your place of work.
Does LulaKate ship outside the continental US?
Due to the complicated procedure to ship internationally, we are only able to ship domestically within the continental United States. If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping charges will apply.
Can I pay over the phone?
Sure – just call 843.805.7193 to reach customer service during regular business hours (M-SAT., 10 am to 6 pm EST). We’d be happy to take your order and credit card information over the phone. If customer service agents are not available, please leave your name and number and we’ll call you right back!
Which credit cards Does LulaKate.com accept?
LulaKate accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Can I return an order?
Of course! At LulaKate we want you to be happy. That’s why we give you 7 days from the delivery of your purchase to exchange or return your unworn merchandise for a full refund or store credit less the cost of shipping. All sale items are final. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details, rules and exceptions.
All bridal and made-to-order dresses and accessories are final sale.
What about exchanges?
Feel free to exchange any unworn item for the same item in another color/style, or another item of the same price. LulaKate will only charge you for the second shipping cost.
This is a gift. How will it arrive to my recipient?
LulaKate clothing and accessories are always the perfect gift! Please let us know if it is a gift and we will include just the packing slip, which contains no prices, in the delivery.
