Bridal Party Ordering Process

How to Place an Order
Each bride or maid/matron of honor should place the dress order for the entire wedding party at one time. Please use one of the following methods to contact us:

* If you visit a location other than our boutique to view our dresses, please order all of your dresses directly through that location.

Ordering Remotely
Contact the LulaKate Bridal Boutique (843.805.7193) or one of our retailers and they will be able to help you with your order.

Provide the below Information

To initiate orders, we will need the following:

  • Order Form (for each attendant)
  • Signed Policy/Contact Form (second page of the order form)
  • Payment Method

Placing an Order: Timeline
We advise ordering your dresses at least 16 weeks before your wedding date. It will take approximately 12-16 weeks (from the time we receive the last order) for you to receive your dresses. Please allow 4 extra weeks to give your bridesmaids time to have any necessary alterations completed.

Please Note: If you have a pregnant bridesmaid, the expectant bridesmaid should still submit her order with the other attendants with her size written as a TBD. Please allow 8 weeks production time for the TBD dress to be made. We generally recommend submitting the updated size 12 weeks before the wedding. For a maternity dress, we will raise the waistline to an empire position and finish it off with the “full” skirt. If an attendant learns she is expecting after the order is placed, she should contact us immediately.

Rush Orders
We can accommodate rush (12 weeks or less) orders depending on our production schedule. In cases of rush order, the following charges apply:

  • For orders needed in 8-11 weeks there is a $25 per dress charge
  • For orders needed in 4-7 weeks there is a $50 per dress charge
  • For orders needed in 2-3 weeks there is a $75 per dress charge

Complete Orders
Yes. Ordering all dresses at one time ensures that the dress fabric will come from the same dye lot. It is recommended that you set a due date with your bridesmaids at least two weeks before you need to order the dresses with LulaKate to avoid rush fees.

Discounts

  • A 5% discount per dress is offered with wedding parties of 3-5 attendants (excludes Satin, Faille, Poly Shantung and Seersucker fabric) in the same color and fabric regardless of style
  • A 8% discount per dress is offered with wedding parties of 6-9 attendants (excludes Satin, Faille, Poly Shantung and Seersucker fabric) in the same color and fabric regardless of style
  • A 12% discount per dress is offered with wedding parties of 10 or more attendants (excludes Satin, Faille, Poly Shantung and Seersucker fabric) in the same color and fabric regardless of style

Payment Methods
Full payment is required upon order submission. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Check. If writing a check, please contact us for the total amount of your order. You are welcome to pay for your dress over the phone, please give us a call 843.805.7193 and we will be happy to help you!
